| Do you ship to my country? |

We ship anywhere in the United States and to most Provinces within Canada. All taxes, tarriffs, and surcharges are NOT included in the shipping rates for International Deliveries and are the sole responsibility of the receiver. All UPS packages include a delivery tracking number and are insured for the total value of the purchase. Priority Mail packages DO NOT come with a package tracking number and are NOT insured. All deliveries to APO / FPO / PO BOX addresses, will be shipped Parcel Post via the United States Postal Service. Items being shipped to these addressess, may be subject to higher rates than those published on this site. All Next Day Air packages are delivered on the next business day. If you are in need of special delivery options including Saturday delivery, please contact us Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm PST. Please note that some Cities, States, and Provinces require additional delivery time.
To verify if we ship to your country, please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we do not ship to your country at this time.

| What are my payment choices? |

We gladly accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Visa or Mastercard Check Cards, and American Express for all online, in store and telephone orders. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. Orders, Personal Checks, or Travelers Checks as a form of payment. If you are in need of mailing in a payment, only Postal Money Orders will be accepted. To use PayPal, you must use a CONFIRMED shipping address.
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
We now offer NO CREDIT CHECK Financing Options for purchases over $300. It's Easy to Qualify!
Here are the requirements:
1. Finance Purchase MUST be made IN PERSON (No Online or Telephone Orders) and be between $300 - $2000.
2. MUST have an open CHECKING ACCOUNT that has been active for the last THREE MONTHS. (No NSF's or excessive overdrafts. Must show at least $500 deposited a month & have at least FIVE transactions to be considered active.)
3. MUST be employed for the past SIX months at the same job. (No temp service.)
4. MUST gross more than $1000 per month.
If the above requirements are met, return to the store with the following documents.
1. Most recent 30 day bank statement (All pages, No ATM printouts.)
2. Most recent paycheck stub with year to date information.
3. Voided Check or Bank Account Verification Form
4. Copy of Photo ID
IF SELF-EMPLOYED: Simply provide the last THREE months of Bank Statements, a voided check & photo ID.
* Qualified amounts are set according to bank activity and balances. Payments are setup to come out on your payday.

| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. In stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours. |
