How do I return an item?
Installed items, Special Orders, Alarms, Keys, Remotes, all printed forms (ie: owners manuals, programming instructions, installation manuals) and all other Electronic Items are NOT Returnable. If you order the incorrect security remote or key, you may be eligible for an exchange. All products must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in sealed original packaging, and in resellable condition. Returned and Exchanged items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Delivery, installation, and other charges for services performed, are non - refundable after service is complete. Before returning your item, you must get a Return Authorization Number or you risk your package being refused. You may call our customer service number at 1-800-216-0414 or 925-308-7677 to obtain authorization and the return mailing address. Since we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns you may want to insure or track your product. Please keep in mind, we warranty only products purchased from and installed by Security Concepts. Replacement Prolock and Loctronics Keys Do Not Carry a Manufacture Warranty. Warranties do not apply when a product is subjected to unintended use, not reasonably maintained, serviced by anyone other than Brentwood Car Audio & Security Concepts, or damaged due to theft, accident, or misuse.
